Chicago guy looking for a friend first then possibly more.

I would love to meet someone who can dish it out as well as take it. Someone who is as independent as they are dependent. Someone who isn't afraid to tell me how they are feeling, but who will also understand when I do same thing. Someone who will take the initiative as often as I do. I am a reformed lawyer who now manages an IT department for a large software company. But... I am considering going back to law. Who knows... one thing at a time! I'm looking for someone who generally takes care of herself, but who will splurge whenever she feels like it. I am spontaneous, and would hope that my match would enjoy impromptu trips, dinners and frolicking. I am always willing to consider a new point of view, and love making things up as I go along. I'm a pretty good cook, love a good mixed drink and don't mind staying home. However, I do get restless and must seize the night from time to time.! I am ambitious, and although I happy with any level of career/education, I am hoping that my match will have something that she is passionate about (and it could be me...). I like the finer things, and pay attention to what I'm wearing, driving, eating, etc. However, every now and then there is nothing better than eating a burger and fries. In all honesty, I'm not the most religious man in the world, but I am very spiritual.
