Where have you been?

I would describe myself as confident, articulate, well mannered, family oriented and a balanced modern day Muslim. I must admit I am a bit of a sports fanatic, playing and watching a variety of Sports including Football, Squash and Tennis. I would like to think that I come from a privileged background (Alhumdulilalh) and get immense satisfaction from helping those not so fortunate around me. I am not influenced at all by Society, but I strive to make a difference by setting a good example to those around me. I am a firm believer in the power and gift of education. I pray five times a day but live a balanced life and would prefer my spouse to be the same. I have been living in the Middle East (Dubai) for just over one year now, due to a transfer of job from the UK. My long-term plan is to live in the UK, but for now I intend to make the most of the Middle Eastern sunshine, glorious beaches, tax-free salary and most importantly the privilege of living in a Muslim country. I am a Construction Professional, working for a large, British based Construction Consultancy. For those of you who are interested in caste, I am of the Arain/ Arian caste.
